I said initally...i am trying to create web application using visual studio 2008 and an oracle database. i have oracle database 11g express edition release 11.2.0.2.0 - 64bit production and visual studio 2008. i was looking for an odbc that is compatible with both software on windows 10.. When i run the 32 bit odbc setup located (syswow64odbcad32.exe) and look at the drivers tab, the oracle home driver is missing. if i run it in 64 bit mode, the driver appears. i've seen where people have needed to install vc ++ 2010 redistributed 86, i already have that installed..
